Do you think it was worth upgrading to this after the slip-on? I have slip-on atm and considering this, also have OPF right now.
Sehr schöner Klang. Habe auch den M2C und möchte auch die Akra kaufen. Ist sonst alles Serie bei dir? Der Klang scheint mir sehr massiv
Danke! Ja, aber die Klappen waren per Peem Solution Modul dauerhaft geöffnet
@@myporscheadventures Klar. Aber krass. Was gar net was die Menschen an der Anlage kritisieren. Mehr aus OPF Modellen ist halt net zu holen. Krass. Freu mich für dich
@@jovanpanic8361 das verstehe ich auch nicht :) aber die meisten haben die Anlage wahrscheinlich einfach noch nie live gehört. Im Gesamten war die Anlage jeden Cent wert. Beim Verkauf habe ich auch wieder fast den Preis bekommen, den ich gezahlt hatte. Das bietet auch keine andere Anlage

Sounds more like an M4, doesn't have that unique M2 I6 sound to it anymore

@@myporscheadventures I'm very aware of that but if you actually listen carefully to the stock M2 and stock M4 they have very different sounds, this one with this setup now sounds like an M4. Check out the video by BMW Matt "BMW M2 stock vs MPE exhaust review" you'll hear what I mean
@@tsaki_titan the video you‘re talking about is a comparison between the different exhausts of M2s with N55 engines. here we have the M2 Competition with the S55 engine which is the same as in the M4. I‘ve had both, F80 M3 and the M2 Competition - they sound pretty much the same when stock
Besteht dein Auto die Abgasuntersuchung beim TÜV? Hat sein Grund warum ich frage, muss ich ja nicht erwähnen.^^
Ich hab den M2 nach 2,5 Jahren verkauft und somit keine AU gemacht. Hab aber gehört, dass er die wohl mit der Evolution besteht - versichern kann ich es dir nicht

Trash sound for a 2500€ price tag. You can get a full exhaust from other brands for that price that will actually sound like a proper S55.

Ich hab nur den esd und damit bist du schon an der Grenze, ohne opf bist bestimmt bei 90+ db

Doch, er hat auch opf verbaut daher solltest du es auch schaffen. Habe einen M4 comp mit opf und Serienauspuff, der knallt nicht so laut
I don't think that this car has opf and akrapovic slip on only. I have a M2 Competition with akrapovic slip on and it sounds nothing like this, it's much quieter
It is with OPF though. I‘ve added the link pipe later, which you will see in my other video

@@mariodiniz21 the OPF is part of the section which is replaced by the link pipe. the link pipe made a huge difference

Geht die Akra Evolution bis Serien DP´s? Wie wurde das mit der OPF Geschichte gelöst? Der klingt nun richtig böse.
marcel9r ja, geht bist zur Seriendp. Der Sensor wurde per Software deaktiviert.
Hat die Evolution noch einen MSD? Oder ist da alles ab DP‘s bis zum ESS auf Durchgang? Hab richtig Lust auf so einen Klang. Die OPF nerven einfach nur....
marcel9r Die Evolution hat einen MSD, der den OPF ersetzt. Ich denke, dadurch klingt die Anlage auch so schön satt und nicht zu blechern

Oh. Beneath the pops and bangs it sound almost like a Dyson. 6 Zyl. + Horsepower = better sound. For me the pops and bangs were to loud, but now with the Aka?! Hm.

Sascha Reihl Die Lightweight Anlage ist dumpfer, die Akrapovic definitiv etwas lauter - vor allem im Innenraum. Das liegt aber wahrscheinlich daran, dass zwar bei der LW auch kein Siebrohr im Mittelschalldämpfer vorhanden ist, der Endschalldämpfer aber damit trotzdem durch den TÜV gekommen ist. Die Akra ist ja nur ab MSD TÜV konform
@@myporscheadventures Interessant, wird wohl der Grund sein und das bei der Akra Titan verwendet wurde was auch für ein helleres/ rotzigeres Klangbild sorgt.

Thanks! It's the Akrapovic rear muffler + mid resonator mod (which didn't make much of a difference). Downpipes & opf filters are stock

No i have an M2 Competition and it pops only by downshifting by 2000-4000 rpm but it sounds beautyful not to much 😄

@@WallabyWinters totally agree... and considering that there is that huge paticle filter aswell. I've driven the car 15k miles with the stock exhaust and this is on another level! totally worth it. the s55 might not be the best sounding engine out there, but now I'm totally happy with it
